When you choose a website host you will want to insure they can provide the service and support you will need. For example will you need a database? Do they provide 24/7 support? 2. Software
Determine what software you will design your website with. Will you need a shopping cart? If so you will need a shopping cart program. Determine if you will need a CMS (Content Maintenance System) or if you will use a WYSIWYG editing program such as Microsoft FrontPage or Adobe GoLive.
3. Site Layout
Determine how many pages you are going to need. You will want enough pages to cover all of your services and products that you will offer online. We recommend one page for each product or service. Try and avoid clumping your products and services all together on one page. Develop a story board for the entire website.
4. Menu system
Most visitors leave a website because they do not understand the menu system. You menu must be easy to find and easy to use. If a visitor can not find your product or service they can not buy from you.
5. Forms
