Our Challenge:
Although ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning had a website it was provided by corporate franchise office it did not fill the needs that ServiceMaster had for a website. They expected a website that would provide a Return on Investment. This meant that we would have to insure that qualified buyers would submit Request for Service forms.
Our Solution:
A Working Website worked with Weber Business Services and ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning to produce a website that attracts qualified buyers.
Our plan was to develop the website with a clean fresh look that differentiated them from their competitors, creating a user-friendly navigation system, providing an abundance of information ending in a call to action, and integrated with and effective Internet marketing program.
We also designed a secure document and database repository that allow the entire ServiceMASTER Team to track and contribute to company projects and goals.
The Results:
A Working Website produced a successful website for ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning. We also created metrics to track the results and allow them to database this information for reporting and CRM (customer relationship management).
